Any refund or cancellation regarding any services procured from us will be guided by the rules provided on this page.
If you want to cancel a certain immigration services, then you can do so by simply contacting us through call or email. Our representatives will guide you through the process of cancellation of the service you are currently availing from us.
User Data: When you started taking our services, we would have asked you to submit personal information. This data is stored in our databases and kept even after the user has stopped taking the service from us. In case you want us to delete this data permanently, you can specify this at the time of cancellation. Still, we will store a reference of the service availed.
Refunds are only provided in certain specific cases which have been mentioned below:
- If the service that the user was charged for never provided
- If the user wants to discontinue the service but had earlier paid the amount in full for the entire service.(Only a part of the paid amount will be refunded.)
Refunds are processed within 15 working days. Once the amount is refunded, your bank may take up to 7 days to reflect the refunded amount in your account. In case there are any discrepancies with the refund, feel free to contact our representatives.
Refund will not be provided if:
- Client provided false or misleading information regarding themselves and/or their dependents
- Forged documents were submitted by the client
- Information provided by the client were incorrect
- Client had opted for a service for which we do not provide refunds
